MetMalaysia issued an alert warning of continuous rain from today until tomorrow for the whole of Perlis and parts of Kedah.

#KiniNews: Gov’t ends CMCO in Kedah, Terengganu, Johor, Melaka
The National Security Council (NSC) has lifted the state-wide conditional movement control order (MCO) previously imposed on Terengganu and Malacca.
Beginning Nov 21, the order will be lifted for most parts of Kedah and Johor as well, said Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
In Kedah, the conditional MCO has been extended for Kulim until Dec 6. In Johor, the order has been extended for another two weeks for Mersing and Kota Tinggi.
Starting tomorrow, the four states minus these three districts will be under a more relaxed recovery MCO.
Kelantan, meanwhile, will be placed under a two-week conditional MCO beginning tomorrow (Nov 21) until Dec 6 due to a recent spike in infections there.

#KiniNews: Patient celebrated Raya before revealing link to active cluster
The list of Covid-19 standard operating protocol (SOP) violations that gave rise to the number of cases from the Sivagangga cluster and forced parts of Kedah to go into a partial lockdown continues to grow.
This time, with a Malaysian participating in Hari Raya Aidiladha activities before revealing his link to the cluster.
Health Ministry Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the person made up one of two new Covid-19 cases recorded today.
The person was a patron at a restaurant owned by the index case of the Sivagangga cluster, who returned from India on July 13 but did not comply with a home quarantine order and spent time at his restaurant. The Sivagangga cluster was discovered on July 28.
